The Buffalo Triathlon Club (BTC) was founded in January of 1997, in Buffalo, New York. The goal of the BTC is to support and promote the multisport community in Buffalo and Western New York. We have members of all abilities and skill levels and offer events that everyone from beginners to veterans can enjoy and benefit from. Whether you are a veteran of many races, or someone who is just thinking about trying one, this club is for you! The BTC is open to anyone wishing to join and abide by our club by-laws. We try to create a friendly community where new and beginner members won't feel intimidated and free to learn and train at their own pace with the help of other members.
The BTC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and has historically donated to various charities throughout the year.
The BTC board of directors consists of 11 members that are elected annually by the membership. The board meets monthly to guide the overall direction of the club and vote on key issues. The four officers are elected by the board at the beginning of each year. Each board member is assigned to one or more of our four committees to focus on specific roles and responsibilities.
Below is a list of Board members and Elected officers within the club along with email contact information for each.
